  As the mother of the bride to be it was important that my daughter and I had time to look and try the dresses, after all this is one of the most important purchases I would make for my daughter. From the moment we met Charlotte she has been nothing but helpful, giving us ideas but never trying to make us look at anything that we didn't wish to look at. The service is personal, private and friendly and we felt very special for the entire time we were with her, this was very different to several of the larger bridal shops in both Ipswich and Colchester where we were sat with other brides all frantically trying on dresses. We have purchased my daughters wedding dress and also returned and purchased the bridesmaids dresses. I would certainly highly recommend Charlotte she is a total treasure and deserves to be very successful at the Bridal Lounge in East Bergholt. All in all an absolutely perfect experience.
